Jasper Morris – 93-95
The small Buisson holding is in Le Charlemagne up by the wood. A fresh clean lemon and lime colour. This is quite rich but cleans up the light bacon note. There is a light astringence which may be linked to the stones, still very tight. The white fruit then streams out behind. Love the aftertaste and the length. Very good.
