Clean clear colour. The nose promises a sea of pebbles, though not quite as aquiline as Séchet. More perfume arises in the glass. This has a riper perfume which many will love. Drink from 2027-2034. [01/06/2022]

Burghound – 93

(Outstanding) A cool and equally airy nose reflects aromas of spice, tidal pool, white pepper and pear with a citrusy top note. The supple but punchy middleweight flavors also flash both minerality and salinity on the refined, balanced and focused finale. This is a terrific Vaillons of understated grace that is very much built to age. [10/10/2022]
