2020 Henri & Gilles Buisson, Saint-Romain, Absolu Rouge 1x75cl

No sulphur has been added, not even at bottling. Rich bright purple. There are no signs of deviation, indeed the style is pleasingly chiselled. Compared to the regular Sous Roche, the tannins show a little more, the stems a little less, and there is a really lovely long finish. The wine delivers quite a thick texture, but is not exaggerated.
