(Outstanding Top value) This is more elegant still and cooler as well with its array of lemon zest, freshly sliced fennel and hazelnut scented nose. There is both more volume and mid-palate density to the medium-bodied flavors that are markedly more tightly wound on the youthfully austere, clean and dry finale that is also noticeably more complex. This is always one of Morey’s most consistent wines and 2019 should only further cement that reputation. [10/06/2021]
