The 2019 Rabourcé has been made in one recent foudre. Fine pale lemon colour. This has the most interesting and elegant nose. The wood hardly shows because of the power of the fruit. A gorgeous complete flavour here and enough acidity. This is the star of the line-up, along with Grésigny. Rabourcé is slightly the fuller of the two with an emphasis on youthful bitters to finish.
