30% whole bunch. In cask and will be moved to tank before Christmas. No sulphur since vinification. Light garnet. Gentle and nicely balanced on the nose. Very mild and approachable. Very fine tannins and masses of fruit.
Anticipated maturity: 2019-2025
Vinous – 89-91
Bright, dark red with ruby tones. Penetrating aromas of black fruits, flowers and spices. At once dense and juicy, showing more minerality and reserve than the Bourgogne Rouge, not to mention superior energy and ripeness. In a more reticent, saline style, this wine finishes with serious dusty tannins.
