Tasting Notes

The expressive nose also displays a whiff of the exotic on the layered aromas of pear, resin and petrol. I very much like the sense of underlying tension on the mineral-driven and beautifully delineated flavors that possess a refreshing saline character on the focused and well-balanced finale. This notably dry effort is a bit more powerful than it usually is and should age well.

Pale lemon. A little white fruit apparent on the nose, quite classy. This is tightly knit on the palate with some oak tannins, which the fruit will need to overcome, and probably will. They do slightly dry the finish at this stage though. Some opulence to the fruit, but the over-ripe notes don’t take over.
