Tasting Notes
Burghound – 89
(Outstanding) An overtly floral nose features pretty red berry fruit along with hints of stems and soft earth that are also reflected by the racy, intense and pure middle weight flavors that exhibit fine detail on the mineral-inflected, dry, clean and saline finish. Good stuff for its level that is moderately firm and built for mid-term cellaring.

I have always found the Dujac Morey AC one of the most refined and elegant versions in the village and the 2011 will be excellent. The deep and classy nose wafts from the glass in a blend of plums, cherries, cocoa, lovely soil tones, a touch of blood orange and a topnote of violets. On the palate the wine is fullish, pure and very elegant, with a good core, moderate tannins and fine grip on the tangy and focused finish. This will be a lovely village wine!
