Vinous – 89-92
Deep red. Subdued nose hints at wild red berries. Rather withdrawn, even closed in on itself, and dominated today by its strong spine. But this boasts very good density and concentration. Less sweet than the examples from Morey and perhaps more suited to aging. Finishes firm and long.
