Very dark, nuanced ruby. Very complex nose with moss and even lichen! Very substantial and complete on the palate. Just a little dusty on the finish. Tannins very evident – not sure if this is because of the vintage or because of winemaking practices’ evolution. Quite juicy in the middle but I think it needs drinking. Dry end.
